Behind the Counter.
BoostLife was born in the quiet moments behind a coffee counter.
While working as a barista for some of the world's largest coffee chains, I saw what was really being served: mass-produced coffee, powdered chai lattes, sugary syrups, and drinks built for speed rather than quality. They were marketed as premium, yet often lacked the authenticity, craftsmanship, and nourishment that people were truly seeking.
Something essential had been lost. Real ingredients, traditional preparation methods, and a genuine connection to where our food and drinks come from had been replaced by convenience products optimised for speed and profit.
I knew there had to be a better way.
Drawing on my upbringing, a family heritage of traditional chai making, and more than a decade of experience in organic growing and permaculture, I created Boostlife to reconnect people with real ingredients, mindful brewing, and genuine nourishment.
Today, we craft organic drinks designed to fuel modern life without compromising our health, our communities, or the planet.
Every cup is a small step back toward what is real.
Because healthy people start with healthy soil.
THE LOSS
What were once meaningful rituals—coffee and chai had been reduced to convenience.

Overtaken by chemically treated imitations, rushed, nutrient-stripped, and built on shortcuts
like synthetic flavourings, instant powders and pesticide-laden crops
And somehow… we accepted it.

I couldn’t ignore it.
Drinks were being sold at premium prices, yet lacked integrity, transparency, and real benefit.
So instead of accepting the system, I chose to challenge it.

Both of them were gifted chefs, masters of their craft. Their dedication, skill, and love for food shaped the way I see what we consume. They infused their culinary expertise into every dish they created, and brewing a perfect cup was no exception; it was a ritual, a skill honed with dedication and love. Every detail mattered. Flavour was never rushed; it was developed and perfected.
And, with my own over a decade of experience working in organic food systems through permaculture projects in the UK and in India, I saw firsthand:
